The entire calibration process only requires the inspector to manually input the temperature bulb wiring and temperature controller readings, while the rest is completed by a computer, such as automatic temperature control, calibration, data processing, calculation, printing reports, and other functions.

Calibration system for measurement and test norm of Thermostatic bath's metrological characteristics

The constant temperature bath testing system is designed specifically for testing the technical performance of the constant temperature bath. It is an automatic control and verification software composed of hardware units such as a computer, constant temperature bath, standard platinum resistance thermometer, precision two channel standard platinum resistance thermometer, and professional software. Developed independently by AIKOM, the fluctuation and uniformity of the constant temperature bath are automatically tested in strict accordance with the "JJF 1030-2010 Measurement and Test Norm of Thermostatic Bath Metrological Characteristics". During the entire verification process, only the verifier needs to change the position of the verification point, and the rest are automatically controlled, verified, and processed by the computer.
